If the shop is already closed

Your shop was deactivated. Read this before you do anything.

This page is free, and it is deliberately not selling you anything. A closed shop is a different problem from a sliding score — it is about your money and your records now. Here is the order that protects both.

1. Save every record today

Payout statements, violation notices, order history, shipping records, your appeal files. Access shrinks after a closure; documents you download today are the evidence base for everything after. Sellers who lose money fights usually lose them on paperwork they no longer have.

2. Know the withholding clocks — as TikTok publishes them

Under the Seller Enforcement Policy, after enforcement a seller's funds may be temporarily withheld for 45, 90 or 365 days, with outstanding losses offset before the remainder is disbursed. Where TikTok determines deceptive, abusive, fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to withhold some or all funds permanently, including platform-funded incentives from the past 365 days. Which clock applies to you is in your notices — read them before you plan around the money.

3. Held money is a different fight — and a different door

Keeping a live shop open is this site's whole job, and it ends at deactivation. If your problem is now "my money is frozen," that problem is tracked by MoneyFrozen, which covers marketplace deactivation and held funds across platforms, TikTok included. We point you there rather than sell you a stay-open kit that cannot help a closed shop.

Do not open a replacement shop. TikTok's Enforcement Policy treats accounts as connected when they share contact information, payment information, owners or operators, devices, or inventory and products — and enforcement against one can extend to the others, including a new account used to continue the same business. The folk fix is itself an enforcement trigger.

4. If an appeal door is still open, use the real clocks

Two appeals per violation; first within 30 days of notification; second within 15 days of a rejection; decisions after the second are final. If your closure came with violation records still inside those windows, the appeal map on this site is free: the three clocks. If the windows have closed, no service can reopen them — judge anyone who says otherwise by that sentence.
