It is not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance, and it is not a law firm, an agency, or a representative in any dealing with TikTok.
TikTok decides enforcement, appeals and deactivation at its sole discretion. Nothing on this site or in the kit — including the checker's verdict bands — is a prediction or assurance of any decision about your shop, your appeals, or your funds.
The Stay Open Kit is a digital product sold for a one-time payment of $39 and delivered as a private web page. Your purchase is a license for your own business use: you may print and adapt the letters and sheets for your shop; you may not resell, redistribute, or publish the kit or substantial parts of it. Kit content states the date its rules were checked; platform rules change, and checking the current policy in Seller Center before acting is your responsibility.
Rules are summarized from TikTok's published policy pages and stamped with a checked date. We correct errors we find and re-check on a quarterly cycle, but we do not warrant that a summary captures every provision of a policy, and the policy pages themselves control.
